Tammy brings over 18 years of experience in the real estate industry to her position as principal for Mortenson. Having joined the company in 2015, she works with businesses in the Arizona marketplace. With project experience spanning multiple markets, including municipal, healthcare, manufacturing, industrial, hospitality, and corporate sectors, she mentors the team on understanding client’s business objectives and value drivers. She works parallel with the project team for creative solutions from project concept through completion.  

Tammy is passionate about providing clients certainty by way of real estate optimization services. She works with executive leaders to uncover both hidden risks and valuable assets that lurk within their real estate portfolios.
